The Burgh Buzz is an free community magazine produced every three months and distributed to all households in Burntisland, the picturesque seaside town with a population of around 6,600 which lies on the south coast of Fife, Scotland. First published in 1998, each edition features local issues, news and updates from community organisations, local history, people, upcoming events, and more.
Four issues are published each year—in February, May, August, and November. The latest issue is February 2025.
Contributions are welcomed by the editorial committee—comments, feedback, letters, news, events, or stories of interest to share with the community can be submitted to the Editor.

The next issue will be published in May 2025. The copy deadline for submissions is 18th April 2025—please email editor@burghbuzz.org.uk to provide a contribution.
Advertising
Each edition is funded by revenue from advertisers wishing to reach over 3,300 households in Burntisland—view details of advert costs and sizes. Advertising enquiries should be made via email: advertising@burghbuzz.org.uk.
Distribution
The Burgh Buzz is published every three months and delivered free to all households in Burntisland by volunteer distributors. Additional copies are available in the Library, local businesses, and other establishments.
